Terms of use
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms apply to opensiderugby.com and the OpenSide Rugby app. By using either, you agree to them. They're kept short and plain on purpose.
Early access
OpenSide Rugby is in early access. Features may change, break or be removed, and access may end at any time. While it opens in waves, a new account may need an admin's approval.
Not official
OpenSide Rugby is independent. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by USA Rugby, Rugby Xplorer, Rugby Australia, or any competition or club.
The numbers come from match records that clubs enter themselves, and some of those records are incomplete or wrong. Treat everything here as unofficial. Standings, playoff pictures and playoff eligibility are estimates; check anything that matters with your competition's officials.
Your account
- Accounts are for people 18 or older.
- Your account is for you. Please don't share your sign-in.
- Please don't copy the data in bulk or use automated tools to collect it.
Public pages
Club, team and player pages show a preview to everyone, and search engines can list them. The rest needs an account.
Feedback
Thank you for it. Anything you send can be used to improve OpenSide Rugby, with no obligation on either side.
TouchLine Tagging
TouchLine Tagging, at touchlinetagging.com, is part of OpenSide Rugby and these terms cover it too. It's still being tested. Your sessions and match video stay on your own device, so keep your own copies (save the session file): OpenSide Rugby can't recover a session lost from a device.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it's accurate, complete or available. To the extent the law allows, OpenSide Rugby isn't responsible for decisions made using it.
